11 months!

Sadie is 11 months!! She weighs 22 pounds 3 ounces. Not gaining a lot because she can crawl SOO fast and goes everywhere. We have spent the last month at the pool, the gym, and playing inside. It is getting extremely HOT, so we've been trying to stay cool.





Sadie had her first ear infection and had a fever for almost a week. So we spent the week in pajamas, watching movies and relaxing together.

She is getting her own personality more and more. She loves screeching and yelling but her favorite is waving her arms up and down looking out the window in the car as we are driving down the road.

We spend some time walking around the mall and riding on the child rides. She may be a little young but we dont care, she loves them and spend so much time on them.



My ride or die girl, yes, she reached forward all by herself!



We do enjoy going to Krave once or twice a week and get the self serve frozen yogurt and toppings. Sadie LOVES a fruit yogurt and mini gummy bears. We can't even get home with her not fussing wanting more and more.

Since its been SO hot we have been trying to stay inside, here is a little picture into our world. The BEFORE Sadie is awake and the AFTER Sadie is asleep.





Sadie just LOVES throwing things and laughing. One day I will show Sadie exactly how much work she does during the day! Such a busy girl!

Her first pony tail! She always grabs her headbands off so now even with a little bit of hair we advanced to a ponytail!



She loves sitting on the rocking chair and rocking back and forth. She will crawl over to the chair stand up and scream at me to put her on it.



Sadie got her first pair of Old Navy flipflops, first of many, she is my baby.



Sadie wrote on Daddy's fathers day card.



Bugga, you are getting bigger and bigger, your making life so much fun. You are an amazing little girl and I cant wait to celebrate YOU next month!

Sadie is going to be 10 months tomorrow, it is so crazy how time is flying. She is weighing 21 lbs 8 oz

She is crawling so fast and gets into anything and everything. Here she is climbing out of the closet, I was doing dishes and hear her fuss and go to find her and she was deep in the closet and couldnt find her way out.



We went down to Mesa for a week and half to visit Daryl and family. We had a good trip overall. We were always going going going, one of the things we did was when we went to MOJO yogurt at Tempe Marketplace and she loved the yogurt and right outside the door was the water pads. Sadie loved looking at the lights and water but recently hates water but we tried to get her to play with them.





While we were in Mesa we did some chillin around the house and seeing some of the families. It was really fun but the best was spending time with Daryl and Sadie. Sadie would just be by her daddy and acted like I was no one. They ate food together and played together. He is such an amazing daddy, whenever we see him he gives 100% attention to us and always makes sure Sadie knows that she's his little princess and he loves her more then the world.



Of course we had to celebrate the Suns winning and moving forward.



On our way back to Utah we stopped in Page for the night and Daryls Aunt & Uncle have a swing outside, while I was getting our stuff out of the car I put her in the swing. It was her first swing experience and she loved it!! The best thing is that house was the house Daryl grew up in, Sadie and Daryl both have pictures of them in that house while they are about a year!



Thanks to all who spent time with us, let us stay in their homes and all the fun we had!!

Now its summer and I get to spend everyday all day with ms. sadie and I couldnt be more excited. This summer is gonna be crazy, June we have my bday and fathers day, July theres Sadies bday, Lindsay bday and family reunion, and in August is Daryls bday. Here comes the fun. Hopefully we can work on Sadie loving swimming because this hot summer we are going to be spending at the pool!

Sadie is 3/4 the way to age 1!! She weighs 21 lbs 3 oz!



She is now crawling! It only took her one day to go from army crawl to hands and knees crawl and a couple days later she was moving around the whole house like her butt was on fire! This is her second crawl, i didn't get the camera in time for her first so we re-enacted it! (Sorry if the video is having problems)



She is also pulling herself up on EVERYTHING.. the couch, me, her play table, and her crib.



Sadie starts clapping whenever someone says "clap your hands" and "yay" or when other people are clapping she will join in.

A couple weeks ago there was a "Art Festival" here in St. George and Sadie ate her first piece of Navajo Fry Bread and you could just tell its in her blood to LOVE fry bread, she wanted more and more and more!



Sadie has teeth!! woohoo her 2 bottom front teeth little nubs are coming in! Goodbye to the all gummy smiles and welcome to the tooths! (She wont allow me to take a pic)

Sadie is saying "mama" now but she only says it when she is standing up in her crib crying to be picked up when its nap time and she wont go to sleep or crawling around the house and too tired to keep crawling.

She loves her new basketball stand, she even knows how to make a basket. But mostly she loves to put the balls in the laundry baskets.

8 months!

Sadie is now 8 months, really? yesterday I was in the hospital meeting her for the first time. Time is going by so fast and my little baby is turning into a toddler! Sadie weighs 19 lbs 10 oz!



March has been a exciting for a couple days we went to Arizona. Thursday, we drove the LONG 9 hours, Thank goodness we stopped and got Auntie Britt in Page to go the rest of the way with us she was a HUGE help.



FriDAY, Sadie, Auntie Amber and Mommy went to the Phoenix Zoo, all and all it was a good trip, Sadie enjoyed looking at the Elephant and Rhino FAR away from her, but the petting zoo was her most tramatic experience she had no clue what to think about these animals walking around her.





This monkey was not her favorite, she turned and saw it and started crying bloody murder. Thank goodness I got a pic before she seen him or her.



Not even 3 hours later Sadie told us she was done and it was time to head home.



Friday night Auntie Michelle, Auntie Britt, Mommy, and Sadie went to SUSHI and Sadie was practicing her chopstick skills so one day she can eat it too (Mommy cant wait to have a buddy to go eat sushi with!)

SaturDAY & SunDAY we spent with Daddy. Saturday Night Auntie Amber, Auntie Silly, Mommy and Sadie went to Chandler Mall for a little browsing, then to Golden Spoon for some dessert!



Sunday afternoon we headed home, it took a crazy 12 hours (we were stopped at the Hoover Dam for 3+ hours) We are happy to be home and back to the norm.

Sadie is scooting herself backwards and is starting to army crawl for a couple seconds. She is a little curious about everything! In this pic she started in front of her circle pillow and ended up here, btw she didn't go over the pillow!



She is saying "baba" more and more and is holding her own bottles! She still hates baby food but loves real food, Daddy said only he can treat her to chocolate chip cookies, cheetos, and chocolate donuts. (Dont worry mommy only let her suck on them for a little bit)



Sadie is almost too big for her baby car seat so we bought a new one, Sadie enjoyed trying it out in the living room.

7 months!!

Sadie turned 7 months a week ago, she is growing so big. She now weighs 18 lbs 8 oz and wearing 12 month clothes! She is sitting up on her own (but falls when she reaches for toys out of her reach)Still not rolling or crawling but doing lots of talking, screeching, and laughing! She is such a happy little girl!



She is learning how to use a sippy cup, she rather hold it and tip it upside down then hold it in her mouth. But we will keep trying to get a hang of it!



She got a hold of an oreo and I tried taking it away and she cried so I thought she would just hold it since she had her binkie in her mouth, next thing I know she looks like this and the oreo was completely gone.. Her hands, shirt, pants, socks, and face were a mess!



Waiting for dinner in her new high chair. She loves playing with her spoons while I'm mixing her food.



She went swimming for the first time and she was so confused on what was going on and not liking it so much, she was in and out in 2 minutes. She loves her baths so I dont know what was wrong!



Mommy was painting her toe nails and decided to have a mommy/daughter moment! Why not?



Sadie has become a daring little girl, first she dived off the couch and then the bed! Heres her "ouchies"

Sadie turned 6 months and wow has time flew by. At her 6 month check up she weighed 17 lbs 11 oz and was 27 3/4 inches long. Thats just crazy to me that she has grown so much in just 6 months.



She is starting to learn all new things. She grabs her binkie and moves it from one hand to another, in and out of her mouth and thrown on the floor and pick back up.



The other day she said "dada" a couple times and ever since wont say it again.



She just laughs, talks and moves around all the time. She's still not getting the hang of food, she can eat it she just refuses to and refuses to lay on her stomach so she may never start crawling... probably walking first.



Everyday she makes everything so much fun and I just love having her. Recently I got her a new crib and decorate her walls with her name... I spray painted them black so they are a little shiny black instead of the white they used to be. She just LOVES staring at the letters I guess the money didnt go to waste :)

December was a busy month, like every year. Sadie and I went back to Mesa for the 2 week break and did SO much stuff we were going and going. Daryl's cousins do roping and so we went to Winslow for the day and Sadie saw horses for the first time and absolutely LOVED them, she was even brave enough to touch the neck and pet the hair. We got to see Daryl twice and Sadie was sooo happy to see him, she talked to him and laughed with him. Overall it was a very good visit to Arizona. Sadie was spoiled by her grandparents, aunts and uncles for Christmas. So much that we couldnt fit everything in our suitcases (I left room to bring stuff back). For new years i made chicken salad sandwiches for Daryl's family and some yummy chocolate coverd strawberries. It was a good way to spend New Years with family. Then a couple night later we made smores in the backyard fire pit. Finding my new way to be a good mommy but still have a blast for holidays and those are some good memories!

Now were back in St. George, this week has been busy getting ready for school and finding someone to watch Sadie. I have found someone who is really great and I think Sadie will be perfectly fine and when she gets a little older will have a blast with all the activities. Music, Art (she will get to "paint" with pudding and squeeze jello while she is too little for crayons), Reading, and Outside time for the couple hiurs she is there! I am back to school Monday for 12 credits (full-time) so thats my new adventure this year. Which will keep me SUPER busy but get me that much closer to my career goals! So im excited!!

Sadie turned 5 months December 21st, She is still growing sooo much and it is so adorable physically and developmentally. I just got my new camera and will get pictures up the next blog when she turns 6 months.. so until then!

4 months already..

Sadie is 4 months already, time is flying! A couple weekends ago we went to Page,AZ to see Daryl's family and had a laugh dinner (a dinner in the navajo culture) with tons of extended family there. It was the first night Sadie slept not in her bed but she did really good.
Not as many pictures this time around, my camera is just taking straight black pictures now so will have to wait for a new one.



She got her christmas present a little early, she doesnt like sitting in it for a long time but thinks its pretty amazing for a couple minutes. She can sit up for a couple seconds without any help, so in time she might like her new toy when its easier to hold herself up.

We are heading to Gilbert/Mesa tonight, the first time Sadie will be down there. This weekend will be the first time Daryl gets to see and hold Sadie (he's only seen pictures) so I am extremely excited for her to see her daddy and for him to see her.

Sadie girl turned 3 months 10 days ago.. how time flys. She is getting sooo big she weighed in last week 13 lbs 6 oz, doubled her birth weight she is a monster!

She is laughing all the time and is a very happy girl never fussy unless she is hungry. She got her ears pierced a couple weeks ago, some bling bling!

She's really good at just laying down playing with her toys so I can take a shower, do homework and just get a moment to relax.

For Halloween she was a fairy princess, we didnt go trick or treating tonight (too cold) but we went to my aunts halloween party monday and that was good enough, she still is too little to really even hold candy in her hand.Life is crazy and school is making me busy busy I dont have enough time to always post a blog. Next weekend we are going to Page to see Daryl's family for Sadie's laugh dinner and I have to take a class so we should have fun! More posts to come as the holiday season is coming and trips to Page and Gilbert to see family and school ending!!
