4 months already..

Sadie is 4 months already, time is flying! A couple weekends ago we went to Page,AZ to see Daryl's family and had a laugh dinner (a dinner in the navajo culture) with tons of extended family there. It was the first night Sadie slept not in her bed but she did really good.
Not as many pictures this time around, my camera is just taking straight black pictures now so will have to wait for a new one.



She got her christmas present a little early, she doesnt like sitting in it for a long time but thinks its pretty amazing for a couple minutes. She can sit up for a couple seconds without any help, so in time she might like her new toy when its easier to hold herself up.

We are heading to Gilbert/Mesa tonight, the first time Sadie will be down there. This weekend will be the first time Daryl gets to see and hold Sadie (he's only seen pictures) so I am extremely excited for her to see her daddy and for him to see her.

Sadie girl turned 3 months 10 days ago.. how time flys. She is getting sooo big she weighed in last week 13 lbs 6 oz, doubled her birth weight she is a monster!

She is laughing all the time and is a very happy girl never fussy unless she is hungry. She got her ears pierced a couple weeks ago, some bling bling!

She's really good at just laying down playing with her toys so I can take a shower, do homework and just get a moment to relax.

For Halloween she was a fairy princess, we didnt go trick or treating tonight (too cold) but we went to my aunts halloween party monday and that was good enough, she still is too little to really even hold candy in her hand.Life is crazy and school is making me busy busy I dont have enough time to always post a blog. Next weekend we are going to Page to see Daryl's family for Sadie's laugh dinner and I have to take a class so we should have fun! More posts to come as the holiday season is coming and trips to Page and Gilbert to see family and school ending!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

2 months

A week ago Sadie turned 2 months, time is flying by last Wednesday she went in for her 2 month shots and Im pretty sure I cried more than she did. She now weighs 11 lbs 4 oz (55%)and is 22 inches long(50%). She is almost double her birth weight and is finally getting chubby! It is so fun to see her growing and now she's ooohhhing and gawwing and smiling more and more (except she refuses to smile when I have the camera) Smart little one!

She's starting see her feet and thinks they are most amazing thing to stare at and tries to grab her hair bows, sometimes I find her and they have ended up around her neck.
She is starting to use her strong legs to push against things and can skoot herself a couple inches she will be crawling in NO TIME!

On September 6th was Sadies Baby Blessing, she was blessed by my brother and had a lot of family from both mine and Daryls side travel their way to St. George to be there for this special day. 1 of the 3 most amazing days she will have in her life. Here she asleep after her blessing on her native rug/blanket with her bracelet her Grandpa Dennis and Grandma Sallie gave her. A little bit of both her cultures, she is one blessed little girl to have amazing family. An offically was given her name Sadie Manson.

1 month

oh my goodness! How time is flying by. Sadie is 1 month old today and it still feels like just yesterday I was in the hospital just waiting for her to make her entrance to this world!

A couple days ago she FINALLY made her way into her 0-3 month clothes, I was waiting and waiting so she could start wearing cute outfits (premie and newborn clothes are hard to find cute) But she still a little bit big in them but thats not stopping me!

She's been kind cranky lately, shes having a hard time digesting her formula so hopefully soon her stomach will get used to it and she starts having easier days!

2 weeks

We had a rough couple days this week, she wasnt sleeping at all (which isnt normal for her) but now we are doing good since I finally figured out she just wasn't getting enough to eat. She's getting enough to eat now and sleeping wonderful.

Yesterday Sadie had her 2 wk follow-up appointment. She is growing like a little weed, she already is 7 lbs 5 oz (19%) 20 3/4 inches long (64%) She still is really skinny compared to her height but her chubby cheeks are going chubbier everyday. Today she is 17 days old but it feels like just yesterday I was in the hospital meeting my new little girl.

Tomorrow we will be taking her first road trip to Page,AZ to visit Daryl's extended family for her baby shower. I will post pictures of that and of her growing so big... soon hopefully. I hoping we have a good trip and she sleeps the whole time in the car and is awake for some the time we are there so her family can see her pretty brown eyes. But I know she is a baby and there's always no promises. This will be an adventure in itself.... I CAN'T WAIT I will finally be getting outta this town after 7 months of being a prisioner :)

oh my goodness!

It has already been 9 days since my little girl was born, she is growing like crazy and such a beautiful one. I couldnt imagine my life without her. She is sleeping wonderful and eating like crazy, she is really a wonderful baby I have been completely blessed. Here are some hospital pics..

Today she had a week follow up appointment she is now weighing in at 6 lbs 14 oz and 20 inches long. She's in the 6 percentile in her weight, yep a little one still and in the 53 percentile in her height, about average!

The Crazy Days!!!

Well Im not quite a mom but mother's day 09 was kicked in with a big HELLO. At 3 in the morning I had false labor that lasted 2 hours, I honestly thought something was so wrong and I was dying. I expected contractions to feel different, I dont know what exactly but not the way they felt.

Then Monday I finally got an opportunity to get out of the house a little bit everyday with an internship at a doctors office. When I went in Tuesday I was feeling so sick and couldnt even stay for an hour on the way home we took a detour to the OBGYN office. The appointment went worse then I thought and now im on bed rest!!!

30 weeks and on bed rest, im caught up on all my tv shows and running out of things to do so I thought i would blog it up!!

But thats all until more interesting things happen in my life...
